IQLECT collects the following information:

You directly provide IQLECT with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

IQLECT collects your data so that we can:
- Process your order, manage your account.

When IQLECT processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

IQLECT securely stores your data at BangDB in binary format which is not understandable to a regular user. We follow the industry standards and ensure that the file, data, and network communication channels are encrypted and secured by passwords and other key files.
IQLECT will keep your store specific information for an indefinite period of time until the app is uninstalled. Apart from that, information related to the orders/visitors/customers/products remains stored for one year.
IQLECT would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop IQLECT from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the IQLECT.

What are your data protection rights?
IQLECT would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. We provide persistent protection and management of sensitive data where every user is entitled to the following:

ShopIQ will be able to access data such as:

- Customer details: IQLECT will be able to access the data such as customer details, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, geolocations, IP addresses, and browser user agents.
- Store-related data.
What information we collect through Shopify’s APIs?
The information that is collected through the Shopify APIs contains details related to the orders, products, and customers. APIs related to these attributes are as follows:
Orders: Billing address, payment gateway, IP address of the browser, financial status, etc.
Customers: Name, address, email, amount spent by them on the orders, etc.
Products: Product description, price of the items, etc.
What information we collect directly from the merchant?
The merchant needs to provide us with their Shopify e-mail id to access the app. Automated logs are generated at our end, however, the merchants cannot access the same.
What information we collect directly from merchants’ customers?
We collect the contact details of the merchants’ customers along with the number of orders placed by them, the amount spent by them on the orders, and so forth. We also drop cookies on browser to track their browsing activity and log information related to the way in which they navigate on the store.
How do we use the information you collect?
The information that is collected through our app is used to provide insights related to the orders, products, visitors, and so forth. The collected information is not used for any other purpose aside from providing the app services.
For how long do we store or retain the data we collect?
The e-commerce store specific information is stored for an indefinite period of time until the app is uninstalled. Apart from that, information related to the orders/visitors/customers/products remains stored for one year.
